A modified Nance appliance for space management and single tooth anterior crossbite correction: Case series

Early loss of deciduous teeth can cause the drifting reducing space available for eruption permanent successors and thus maintenance is critical to prevent malocclusion. At times, multiple decayed occur simultaneously with a single-tooth anterior crossbite, which major functional concern dentist esthetic parents during developmental stage child. Hence, there need an appliance that cater both conditions management crossbite correction concurrently. The following case series focuses on time taken comfort patient using Modified Nance palatal appliance. All three cases took average 1 week patients showed superior compliance.
